PrimeLending is currently seeking a strong Marketing Manager to successfully lead high-profile marketing projects and drive strategic initiatives for the marketing department and organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop the strategic direction of projects while working with the in-house creative and digital team to deliver tactics, and measure results. You will play an integral role in providing marketing counsel and support to the national field marketing team.
Essential Functions
- Develops and oversees the creation of engaging, effective marketing assets and campaigns that support both corporate strategic and sales production goals
- Collaborates directly with key internal departments and the sales organization to identify marketing needs, define objectives, build consensus, manage expectations and translate needs into clear, decisive creative briefs that effectively guide the marketing team through execution
- Develops innovative and impactful marketing campaigns and assets designed to support the overall business strategy
- Formulates and facilitates tactical plans and work across all marketing channels, including both digital and traditional
- Establishes metrics, track, analyze and report results for each marketing campaign, and use the intelligence to make execution decision and refine programs as needed
- Works directly with the field marketing coordinators to assess and understand sales needs; devise support strategies to serve the whole
- Partners with internal departments to provide go to market strategies, marketing, promotional, and sales support
- Leads and facilitates brainstorm meetings, project kick offs, post campaign reviews, and trainings
- Strong Project Management skills managing multiple projects and deadlines; no direct reports
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications or business administration
- Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in capturing, planning, and executing comprehensive marketing plans and programs
- Proven track record of delivering results on time and on budget
- Strong working knowledge of marketing, advertising, creative design and electronic & print production
- Previous mortgage, sales support, and product experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM and marketing programs such as Total Expert and Salesforce. Ability to learn additional programs as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills required
- Requires creative strategic thinking and consensus building skills
- Possess strong leadership skills with a keen attention to details
- Some travel is required (less than 10%)
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile liability insurance
