This position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday (9:00 am - 5:30 pm. Please note, the hours would be in Eastern Standard Time Zone)

Position Location: Remote work is offered knowing that some time in the office may be required, and we have a hybrid office environment. We will also consider applicants for 100% remote work if your geographical location is outside our area, but job qualifications are met.

Job Summary:

The HR Solutions Support Specialist plays a key role in demonstrating, training, and supporting Primepoint’s various HR solutions such as On-boarding/Workflow, Recruitment, Benefits Administration, and general employee management within HR/Payroll. The Specialist also supports the HR processing needs of Primepoint’s clients. This requires understanding the clients’ unique structure, troubleshooting, effectively communicating with the client, and assisting with implementing solutions using various system resources. Solutions can be a combination of procedures and technology to allow customers and Primepoint to operate efficiently.

(Please note, this is not an internal Human Resources position, but rather a position supporting our clients HR Professionals working within our own proprietary system.)

Duties/Responsibilites:

  • Work directly with clients, with other Primepoint staff, or independently to reconfigure the system and meet the clients ever evolving needs.
  • Work closely with Primepoint’s ACA clients to support the ACA Solution which includes system configuration and training clients on using and maintaining the system.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to clients on the use of Primepoint’s HR systems remotely using Zoom, email, or telephone as needed.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient in MS Office (primarily Excel), web browsers, Gmail, and video conferencing systems such as Zoom, Google Meets, etc is a must.
  • Able to think analytically and have excellent problem solving skills (Clear ability to think through and solve problems step by step; looking beyond the obvious solution to a problem)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working with multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and to establish trust with leaders and colleagues.
  • Work independently and efficiently to meet client-driven deadlines.
  • Able to promptly answer support-related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills: interpersonal, organizational, and presentation.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and ability to take initiative.
  • Great customer service skills to include the ability to handle clients with patience and tolerance
  • Have knowledge of the Human Resource needs and challenges of small, mid-sized, and large businesses is preferred.
  • Payroll processing knowledge is a plus

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience required.
  • Previous experience with onboarding new clients for payroll providers is a plus.

Ideal candidate:

The successful candidate will likely have general Human Resource knowledge, a strong comfort with computer systems and technology, will be able to work well with people with a broad range of technical abilities, and will show the ability to be organized, bringing projects and tasks to completion. This self-starter will be able to work in an environment with multiple, changing work priorities, and must be able to work within those deadlines.
