Primescapes Landscaping is a locally owned design/build company seeking a highly motivated Marketing Strategist to join their team. As a marketing strategist, you will be responsible for translating the company's business goals into a progressive marketing strategy, creating compelling collateral materials, and executing various marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an overall marketing strategy, including creating new campaigns as needed
• Manage social media presence across various platforms
• Create and maintain collateral materials, such as the monthly newsletter and mailing list
• Update the company website with current events, job postings, blog posts, new images, and employee photos
• Promote quarterly postcards
• Keep the home page of the website updated with up to date project images, new events and classes
• Plan and coordinate events, including client appreciation parties, sub appreciation breakfasts, and networking events
• Manage the company's website, ensuring it is up to date with portfolio photography
• Produce and publish monthly electronic newsletters, as well as posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google my business
• Stay up to date with images of new projects on Houzz and track leads
• Request and cross-post reviews on Google my business and Houzz
• Work with sales/design to photograph projects quarterly and apply for various design awards
• Send holiday greeting cards and arrange for client gifts
• Track and report referrals for home repair and sales
• Send flowers to referrals
• Keep Google my Business up to date and trouble shoot any issues within the program.
• Go to job sites to take pictures, videos, drone footage of projects for marketing material
• Lead Generation and Communication with sales
• Opportunities to take on more responsibility

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience, including strategy development and collateral material creation
• Experience in driving traffic to a sales team
• Ability to find creative solutions and take initiative
• Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Open to feedback and committed to personal improvement
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, Google my Business

$25 - $35 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• No weekends
