Managing the staffing function by managing the open needs, coordinating with delivery leads and internal fulfillment functions (Staffing, hiring and contracting) to fulfilling client needs

Help streamline the onboarding experience for people joining the team (Rampup, logitistics, client screening)

Coordinate local leadership meetings and events. Help build a community and knowledge sharing, town halls at account level

Help with financial management partially
