As amember of the management team the Assistant Manager assists inproviding direction and motivation to the hourly team membersensures of all job responsibilities for all team members to provideour guests with an exceptional PRIMOS experience and exceptionalproduct quality.
The ideal candidatewill have two to three years of experience working in food andbeverage sales building and knows the importance of working handsonalong with staff and will train staff to maintain and exceed thelevel of service the restaurants demand.

Overall youwill be responsible for helping the general manager oversee andmanage daytoday food and beverage operations throughout therestaurant to the highest standards.
