Job Description
We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Desktop Support Technician, to work in Chicago, IL.
The candidate is responsible for facilitating customer resolution for calls and engaging their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Centre.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience providing day-to-day local or remote desktop support, receiving inbound calls, answering questions, troubleshooting, document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.
