· Expertise in supporting Mac OS, iOS
· Expertise in supporting Windows OS and Andriod
· Basic troubleshooting skills on conferencing solutions (Audio/Visual devices)
· Experience supporting and troubleshooting Active Directory related issues
· Experience with endpoint security tools (anti-virus/firewall/patching/two-factor authentication)
