Mandatory Skills- Desktop Support Engineers with good experience in troubleshooting Mac and Windows OS and applications.

JD:

· Expertise in supporting Mac OS, iOS

· Expertise in supporting Windows OS and Andriod

· Basic troubleshooting skills on conferencing solutions (Audio/Visual devices)

· Experience supporting and troubleshooting Active Directory related issues

· Experience with endpoint security tools (anti-virus/firewall/patching/two-factor authentication)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Desktop: 5 years (Required)
  • Mac: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Indianapolis, IN 46201: Relocate before starting work (Required)
