Lead Mobile Phlebotomist

Mobile Phlebotomy Lead Opportunity:

Principle Health Systems is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomy Lead for our rapidly growing clinical laboratory company based in Houston, TX. Our company offers a range of products/services within the healthcare industry with a main focus on laboratory testing. We are seeking candidates with previous mobile phlebotomy experience to support the Austin, TX area and manage our mobile phlebotomy team within the territory. Previous mobile phlebotomy and leadership experience is preferred.

Phlebotomists applying must be reliable, dependable, and able to adapt easily. The Mobile Phlebotomist Manager must be comfortable with driving for long periods and be able to multi-task well due to the volume of facilities/patients interacting with daily. MUST have a reliable vehicle, clean driving record, active auto insurance, and Drivers License.

• Full time , permanent roles
• Pay: $48,000/year mileage reimbursement and cell phone reimbursement
• Schedule: Schedule flexibility is required typically this role works Monday-Friday day shift
• Must be available after hours and on weekends for business/team needs

Mobile Phlebotomy Lead Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• 6 years Phlebotomy experience
• Past experience as a phlebotomy team lead or manager required
• 2 years of mobile phlebotomy experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrates thorough understanding of Nursing Home, Assisted Living and Home Health operations and logistics of maintaining smooth phlebotomy program.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
• Can-do work ethic, positive attitude and ability to independently resolve problems.
