Prinova’s facilities are BRC certified. The main corporate office is in Carol Stream, Il., with the European head office in the United Kingdom. Additional regional offices are located throughout the United States as well as global sales associates in Mexico, Spain, Germany, Belgium, France, Turkey, and China.
We are expanding our marketing organization and searching for a talented digital marketing manager to help us build to the future. We are leveraging B2C brand management tenets to build our brand in the B2B universe. The opportunities are endless.

Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Hanover Park, IL / Hybrid
Type: Full Time

This Digital Marketing Manager role will:
  • Immediately impact our digital footprint
  • Lead strategy through execution
  • Enjoy hybrid office environment (2-3 days/week in office)
Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, plan, and execute all digital marketing programming including SEO, PPC, email, retargeting, and social media
  • Manage & maintain website content within CMS (WordPress, AEM)
  • Build strategy and tactical marketing programming to generate awareness and customer acquisition for ecommerce business
  • Lead internal agency on developing a formal ecommerce customer experience and journey
  • Determine KPIs, track and analyze results to show digital program effectiveness; provide optimization recommendations as needed
  • Develop and execute testing roadmap (i.e., A/B and multi-variant, etc.) across digital marketing channels to validate and optimize programming
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists and designers to ensure content is appealing, informative and engaging for target audiences (drives conversions)
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team on integrated campaigns
  • Present insights and optimization recommendations based on analytics & data results
The Digital Marketing Manager must have:
  • 5 years of B2B marketing experience running digital campaigns, B2C experience a plus
  • Proficiency in WordPress or similar
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Adwords
  • Experience running paid social media, preferably LinkedIn
  • Experience in measuring and optimizing to reach performance metrics
  • Strong project management skills
  • Resourceful, inquisitive, high initiative
  • Learning agility and ability to learn things quickly
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or an equivalent, relevant field
