Our new endodontic office is looking for an individual who is well-presented and has excellent communication skills. Any prior medical and dental experience is a plus. A person who is reliable, energetic, and inquisitive to learn and who wants to grow in their professional lives. The office is owned and operated by a sole owner. It will be your chance to join and grow in a workplace that will value your efforts and insight and grow by utilizing your feedback. We are a specialty endodontic office that uses TDO software(very simple to use) and other advanced technologies like CBCT, ASI carts, and surgical microscopes. We will train before you start to provide the services in your cadre to prepare you well for success. This is a full-time job but if you are willing to work Part-time(benefits will be modified), we will consider you based on your schedule and experience.

Dental Front Desk Job Responsibilities:
- Exercise good teamwork, have mutual respect for the team, and partner with the team to create an exceptional experience for the patient.
- Coordinate patient experience, scheduling, and flow throughout the day.
- Present financial arrangements to patients.
- Assist patients and practice by accurately creating patient records, scheduling patients, and ensuring all patient information, records, payments, and experience goes as per the established practices in the office
- Contact insurance companies to verify coverage and fee schedule and complete insurance breakdown accurately and completely.
- Other office responsibilities like managing referrals, staff huddles in the office, managing billing conflicts with insurance companies.
Dental Front Desk Job Requirements
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft software, and the internet.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Front desk experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, average 40 hours per week.
Pay: $18-$23 per hour
