What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Priority Financial Network?
We’re seeking a marketing manager for our growing team, with outstanding organizational skills and a passion for making a difference. This individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with Priority’s goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the mortgage industry and a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the marketing team by planning and executing marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Conduct market research to identify exciting new opportunities and trends
- Strive to organize and streamline existing processes to build better user experiences
- Manage various vendor and contractor relationships
- Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
- Relish in the opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and assist with creative projects outside of your normal day-to-day responsibilities
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing for a retail mortgage company
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as copywriting and proofreading skills
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward and prioritize
- Strong analytical skills to review metrics, create reports and manipulate data in excel
- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format
- Experience with Total Expert CRM is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
