RESPONSIBLE TO: Dietary Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for cooking and preparation of all meal service.
QUALIFICATIONS: · Ability to follow oral and written directions. · Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and hygienic methods.
OTHER FUNCTIONS: Perform other duties as assigned.
WORK SCHEDULE: As assigned including some weekends and holidays.
