Retail Hot Tub & Swim Spa Store 35 years in business looking for hard working goal oriented individual looking to sell products and provide customer service to customers. Person must be professional, good customer service skills , and have a goal to succeed. Will have opportunity to work with existing and new clients. Tasks include: Selling products in retail store including Supplies, Services, Hot Tubs, and Swim Spas Following up with customers by phone and email using a lead management system. Site visits to customers home. Keeping showroom floor clean and organized Will Train. Salary, Commission, Bonus, Benefits
Sales Associates Duties & Responsibilities
- To have consistent knowledge, on a year to year basis, of all products available from all retail partners and suppliers.
- Maintains effective work relationships with fellow associates and follows the business polices/ business practices within Dealership Name.
- Regular attendance of courses including online training offered by all retail partners (Sales training, classes, Dealer Meetings etc.) with the pinnacle sales training by Watkins Wellness training course attended within 12 months of employment.
- Maintain a familiarity with the retail partners (Programs, Updates, Partner Links, Online resources etc).
- Assists in maintaining showroom display and readiness.
- Responsible for SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) collect and input customer contact information into Point of Sale/CRM system.
- Observe all company pricing policies.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness in accordance with Dealership
- Professionally sell retail department products to consumers on a daily basis.
- Ensure monthly and yearly goals are met for all product categories.
- Attend all weekly sales meetings. Attend company monthly meetings/training (date to be provided to all employees). Be prepared to assist Sales Manager conduct weekly/monthly sales training.
- Follow proper procedures for all employment policies and status changes.
- Ensure post sale customer education and satisfaction process is followed.
- Ensure all in store and digital leads are followed in accordance with the lead follow-up program and documentation of activities conducted, as determined by management team. To be able to report to Sales Manager when requested.
- Conduct quarterly call-a-thons
- Conduct Post Sale Ultimate Hot Tub Ownership Follow-up
- Have knowledge of competing companies and all competitive products they represent.
- Be present and on-time for all scheduled times to work the showroom and outside events.
- Maintain a professional image on the sales floor
- Maintain healthy and positive work environment.
- Lead generation goals: Be assertive and show initiative in generating new business sales.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
