Job Description
THIS POSITION IS 100% ON-SITE IN KEY WEST, FL
PRISM seeks a Service Desk technician to collect and perform analysis on complex information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system. In this role, you will perform standard troubleshooting and software resolution tasks via phone or in person. You will also develop technical documentation to guide system users and assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.
Education:
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent or combination of relevant education, training and experience)
Required Experience:
- 5 years of overall experience
Required Technical Skills:
- IAT level II Certification (i.e., Security or CySA or SSCP etc.)
- MD-100 (Microsoft Desktop Test - if you do not have it, can get before starting)
Security Clearance Level:
- Secret to start, must be able to obtain TS/SCI
Required Skills and Abilities:
- IT Troubleshooting, Hardware/Software Troubleshooting, Help Desk Support Experience
