Pritchard & Abbott is seeking a full-time GIS Technician to join our Mapping team. They will assist with land and lease mapping and other mapping and geospatial data maintenance in support of P&A Field Appraisals, County Appraisal Districts, and Web Applications. This position will start out in office full-time and then switch to hybrid work with 3 days in the office and 2 at home once you are trained and oriented to the position.

Essential Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a GIS, Geography, or a related field. They also will possess a combination of the listed work experience and/or education relating to this position.
- Working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS software (2 years experience preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Title documentation (leases, deeds, easements, surface agreements) and land legal descriptions (PLSS, meets & bounds, etc.) preferred.
- Must possess strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be very detail-oriented.
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task incoming requests and maintain professional communication with inter-departmental contacts and asset managers.
