Finance Assistant
The Finance Assistant position is responsible for timely and accurate management of tasks related to customer accounts and completing the processes to close deals within the guidelines of the retail division.
Responsibilities
- Process payments and vehicle payoffs
- Vehicle sales reporting and incentive claiming
- Prepares paperwork for incoming vehicle transactions
- Complete electronic and manual titlework on vehicle transactions
- Deal processing
- Communicate with customers and vendors
- Vehicle licensing
- Audit inquiries and reconcile reports
- Invoicing and collections

Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license
- Office experience preferred
- Excel, Outlook, Word experience preferred
- Previous automotive sales experience a plus
- Some automotive knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Some mathematical abilities required
- Must be able to sit up to 90% of the day
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
