Privatus is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and results-driven individual to support our ongoing efforts in recruiting Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides for our Massachusetts offices. In this important new role, you will supervise our Massachusetts Recruitment team and work together to hire top quality caregivers to service our private pay clients throughout Massachusetts. This position requires monthly travel to our South Shore and Cape Cod locations.
Essential Job Description:
- Screening & scheduling interviews
- Onboarding of all new staff
- Place and maintain recruitment advertising
- Attend career fairs and conduct creative networking events
- Build relationships with colleges and universities
- Conduct reference/background checks on all applicants
- Create warm and welcoming atmosphere as the primary contact in the office
- Creating & filing new employee folders
- Strategize new initiatives to ensure a robust candidate pipeline for all Massachusetts locations
- Sourcing passive candidates through creative inbound and outbound marketing
- Organize and facilitate caregiver appreciation & recruiting events
- Participate in weekly meetings with operations team to review areas of need
- Maintain a meticulous applicant tracking system (Taleo)
- Supervise and Manage the Massachusetts Recruitment Team
- Regularly meet with Director of Compliance to ensure employee folders are created and maintained
Requirements:
- Minimum of four years of recruiting experience
- Previous healthcare experience required; homecare experience preferred
- Experience in full cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, hiring)
- Knowledge of ATS
- Willing to travel to the other Massachusetts offices as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
