What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Pro-Art Association?
Pro-Art is looking for an organized, results-oriented coordinator with excellent communication skills to serve in a part-time position as Program & Office Manager. Initially, this is a 20 hour a week position starting at $18/hour, with the possibility of increased hours and pay, depending on the individual’s autonomy, foresight and work ethic. This is primarily an office job organizing project management during regular business hours (80-85%), but does involve some evenings and weekend work (15-20%) at programs and Board Meetings.
Qualifications
1. Professionally driven with the ability to work autonomously and predictively as a part of a dynamic and dispersed team on complex projects.
2. Demonstrated organizational skills and experience organizing multiple complex tasks concurrently.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to maintain excellent public relations and customer service practices. 5. Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
5. Knowledge of/familiarity with Notion, Quickbooks, M.S. Office, and Adobe Creative Suite apps strongly preferred.
