In this role, you will work side by side with a crew leader to ensure the successful completion of lawn care routes, operating state-of-the-art machinery, and performing tasks such as edging, trimming, and blowing. Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and completion of commercial lawn care routes
- Operate landscaping machinery including zero turn and push mowers, backpack blowers, trimmers, and edgers
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct comprehensive spring and fall cleanups
Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscaping preferred, but will train the right individual
- Proficiency in operating various landscaping machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to effectively track and manage time using a phone application
- Must have open availability from 7am-6pm.
Compensation
