FMT Pro Services Sales Representatives drive revenue within their designated territory by developing business relationships and providing customer focused solutions to our customer’s toughest industrial maintenance challenges. They are subject matter experts and consultants for external customers in knowing what Pro Services option fits the maintenance need. Our FMT division Sales Representative helps the customer choose premium industrial maintenance services with Pro Services Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet or exceed rental revenue goals through visits to various customer job sites/offices
- Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results/goals
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver on those needs
- Understand market conditions and competitive environment to maximize pricing opportunity
- Optimize product and service offerings to diversify customer base and reach additional market segments
- Provide a full range of customized services and solution based options to customers
- Make formal presentations to customer decision-makers and educate them on equipment
- Report sales activity through use of CRM and other tools as assigned.
Professional Experience
Minimum qualifications and Educational Background
- BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent industrial sales and or work experience
- 3 - 5 years sales experience within manufacturing and specifically Industrial maintenance is highly desired.
