Janitor

Pro Staff is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team in Alexandria, MN. If you're ready to make an impact in a clean and well-maintained facility, we want to hear from you!

Pay Rate: $17 - $19 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday, with the option to choose between:

• 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM, or
• 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
  
  

Responsibilities

• Perform routine housekeeping and janitorial duties to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Operate powered cleaning tools to maintain the facility.
• Care for the grounds, including lawn, shrubs, signs, parking lots, roads, and sidewalks.
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as basic carpentry and janitorial repairs.
• Maintain walls, floors, and other building surfaces.
• Fill in for other positions when maintenance staff are unavailable.
• Conduct inspections of the building, grounds, and mechanical systems.
• Assist with plant and equipment maintenance as assigned.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
