Job Description:
The entry-level Business Development Representative will drive sales growth by working independently and you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing clients in the healthcare space, specifically targeting large enterprise-level clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
- 100% focus on net new business. Handling all prospect/customer lifecycle from prospecting to initial discovery, proposal development, negotiating, and closing.
- Ability to demonstrate an effective prospecting discipline and experience that includes phone, email, LinkedIn, and documenting prospecting efforts within CRM tool.
- Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base = $90k- $100k
- Uncapped Commission = 8%
