Job Description:
The Customer Service Lead/Inside Sales Manager actively provides sales assistance and support to customers in clarifying their parts, application, and service requirements. You will be responsible for issuing quotes, processing customer orders and logging customer unique requirements and regularly updates and maintaining customer files and additional support tasks based on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Director of Sales as a Team leader for small group of Inside Sales Reps to answer industry related question
- Proactively enhance business with current clients by employing sales excellence and top-tier customer service.
- Assist in pricing, product and outgoing business updates with customers.
- Foster strong customer relations and keep detailed profiles and interaction histories utilizing CRM tools and best practices.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary= $65,000 - $85,000 (Based on candidate experience)
- Variable = 10% of their base salary
- OTE Year 1 = $71,500 - $93,500
