JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Effective communicator
  • Understand adult learning styles, stages of change, and motivational interviewing
  • Engaging teacher who is able to assess learning styles and meet the needs of the trainee
  • Awareness of PMD resources and proper communication and application strategies
  • Ability to create internal relationships by being seen as a compassionate, problem solver
  • Understanding of HIPAA
  • Expert in Athena and other clinical support systems
  • Patient health counseling and instruction, including meeting with families and caregivers.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Understand each value lane and how their work supports the Patient experience
  • Understand organizational performance metrics and educate team members on the role they play in organizational success
  • Expert in organizational support systems (i.e. Proactive IQ, Hint, etc)
  • Works independently, cross-functionally, and cross departmentally matrixed environment

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• RN with a current and compact nursing license
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as state, federal requirements
• Must be able to interpret and translate the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of Proactive MD
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and motivated, with the wisdom to seek help where needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to function and communicate within the highest levels of an organization.
• Ability to work closely and team effectively and tactfully within internal and external customers, working in a matrix framework.
• Solution-oriented, not purely task focused.

TRAVEL
Frequent domestic travel will be required and may be a combination of overnight and non-overnight as needs arise. Should be expected up to 60% of the position’s overall responsibilities.
