We are growing and have openings on our 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekend shift(Fri, Sat, Sun) within our Packaging area at our Neenah, WI facility. Some flexibility in start time for 2nd shift/3rd shift opportunities such as 2-10p/3-11p for 2nd shift or 11-7 or 12p -8am for 3rd shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for palletizing and wrapping all materials from the machine centers.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished product per instructions from customer.
- Responsible for put-away of finished goods.
- Comply with all safety and food safety practices.
- Works closely with Shipping personnel to prioritize work.
- Maintain supply levels at machines to prevent downtime.
QUALIFICATIONS / JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Work independently and as part of a team, effectively communicate, get along with others, positive attitude and well organized. Fork/Clamp truck license.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE:
Prior operation of same or similar equipment preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bending, Twisting, Reaching, Pushing, Pulling and Squatting. Walking or standing on concrete floors for most of shift. Lifting is expected, occasionally up to 75 lbs.
Rotating shifts. (Four days on/ four days off, rotate day/night shift.) Reliable attendance.
EQUIPMENT USED:
Fork/Clamp/Prong Truck, up-ender, stretch wrapper, computer, banding equipment, core cutter, drills.
