We are growing and have multiple openings within our Converting area at our Wrightstown, WI facility.
Bag Technicians : This is our largest function. This is taking materials and "converting" it into a bag.
Job Responsibilities :
Able to identify product defects or non-conformance with the product/quality specification.
Clear sew feeder sections, load sew auto feeders, start up lines, and stack/unstack cut bags, and carries out all packaging, stacking and labeling of product.

- Availability Sunday – Saturday 6a-12p, 12p-6p OR 6p-12a on a 2-2-3 schedule
- Additional hours are available outside of your 2-2-3 schedule
- Basic math and ruler reading skills
- Experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to stand constantly, excellent hand-eye coordination skills, strong mechanical skills and the ability to lift and load weights up to 50 pounds
