What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Procare Landscape?
Procare and Soak are growing FAST and looking for an ambitious person to join our team and grow with us. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has at least 1 year of experience in admin. Skills should include knowledge of basic accounting reports, accounting software, customer service, organized, efficient, detail orientated, friendly and can multi-task like a boss.
Duties include but are not limited to client services, AR/AP, billing, reporting and entry, friendly voice to our clients and prospects, filing, small projects, assisting controller with financial reports, and assisting with HR and document creating and sorting.
