The Customer Service Representative is responsible for basic office/front desk functions, including but not limited to, answering phones, scanning, faxing, emailing, scheduling, data entry, and taking payments. The CSR is also responsible for intake/referral processing, including documentation review, verifying insurance benefits and eligibility, and obtaining authorizations. The CSR must be able to communicate at a high level, in a way that is kind, professional, and solution oriented.
DME/HME experience preferred, especially related to Brightree software, but not required to apply. High school diploma or equivalent required. Benefits include PTO and medical insurance.
Salary : $19 - $26
