Learning & Development Specialist

Learning & Development is a key element of our People team strategy at Productboard. In order to make products that matter, together, our global team must be equipped with the technical and professional skills required of their role and level. 

We are looking for a Learning Professional to design, develop and deliver customized training offerings that provide continuous development for Productboarders. This position will be responsible for partnering closely with leadership, the People org, subject matter experts and key stakeholders who can provide necessary input when it comes to learning design and development activities. This is a full-time position based in Prague, reporting to the Head of Talent Development & Inclusion.

On a typical day, you will…

• Collaborate with XFN partners to determine performance gaps, identify root causes and recommend possible solutions
• Translate performance needs into learning interventions that leverage various modalities
• Collaborate with team in the planning, design, development, implementation and evaluation of various learning interventions
• Identify, establish and leverage tools, frameworks and repeatable processes for designing and developing learning interventions
• Storyboard and prototype learning interventions and validate and test with XFN partners and future learners 
• Establish measurement strategies aimed at gauging the impact of learning interventions on organizational OKRs
• Create and drive continuous improvement into Learning processes and learning interventions

About you

• 5 years experience designing and developing learning interventions across various modalities and delivery platforms
• 4 years experience designing and developing learning interventions for online delivery
• 4 years experience delivering training
• 3 years project or program management 
• 2 years experience creating learning programs from scratch
• Experience working in a matrixed global environment 

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience working with or at a start-up/Pre-IPO company
• Experience working on diversity, Inclusion, Equity & Belonging initiatives
