What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Associate position at Proforma?
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with inside sales background to join our Business Development Team. This position’s main goal is to take a prospect from lead generation to close. Areas include, but are not limited to the following: identifying and qualifying candidates through recruiting efforts, conducting deeper dive discoveries, facilitating introductions, initiating agreements, and follow up/follow through. This role will also be responsible for managing interns who support the efforts for this program.
General Responsibilities:
- Complete outbound calls to introduce Proforma and qualify prospects
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects and close the sale
- Facilitate introductions and agreements
- Log activities in CRM database
- Identify opportunities through various data sources and reach out through emails and calls
- Hire, train, and coordinate schedules for interns assisting with program
- Maintain accurate reporting on daily and monthly activities
- Regular communication with Franchise Owners, peers, and manager
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and metrics
Requirements:
- Proven record of successful inside sales experience
- Strong phone sales, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional phone presence and ability to exude confidence and enthusiasm when presenting Proforma to customers over the phone and through virtual platform
- Reliable internet connection and cell phone service
Compensation and Details:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Full-time position in Tampa, FL (hybrid schedule)
- This position offers a base salary, bonus structure, and benefits package.
- $48k-$52k pay range
