SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the cutting-edge fashion, entertainment, and popular culture segments in the role of Sales. This role will have an opportunity to sell our product line to some of the best retailers in the world, global exclusive retailers and boutiques, partner with A-list celebrities for merch opportunities, and work with world-renowned brands on client projects as well as brand collaborations with exciting brands.

GOAL OF THE POSITION:
Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the Profound brand in a retail environment, Sub-brands and high level Client Work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective retailers/boutiques/distributors in the segment to generate new business
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and to improve sales performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and business partners, including retail buyers, distributors, and wholesalers
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs and promotions, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives
  • Secures wholesale sales orders from existing and prospective retailers/distributors through a relationship-based approach and meet monthly sales quota
  • Coordinate sales efforts and campaigns with marketing and sales management team
  • Have a natural ability to communicate the brand message strong written and oral skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, follow up, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain productive cross-functional relationships
  • Leadership presence and the ability to influence and drive and grow the business
  • Knowledge of systems/processes that ensure decisions are data driven
  • Prior administrative and sales experience preferably in a retail or wholesale organization
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task

SALARY:
Base Commission (based on experience)
