Job Posting for HR Manager at Progressive Foods Inc dba Dunkin Donuts
We are seeking a loyal individual for long term employment within a close knit Dunkin' Family Franchise. We currently operate 8 Dunkin' locations. We are locally owned and operated and work our business every day. This position is Monday- Friday 7a-3p This position requires a person who can work well alone at times and also participate in team meetings. This independent role requires leadership and confidence. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word Office and have general knowledge of computers and office, payroll systems. Must be good with people, professional and be organized. Must have a great attitude, be open minded and navigate the pace of work. Working closely with leadership throughout the entire company. Your responsibilities would include; excellent communication skills, multitasking, processing payroll for the company weekly, admin. spreadsheets, phone calls, health insurance enrollments, safety meetings and meeting attendance, FMLA, Worker's Comp, HR support/training/education to managers, event planning and participation, checking mail, running errands, computer navigation, use of office equipment, general organization of workspace and office. Employee Personnel Files. Employment verifications. Unemployment responses, Interviewing and hiring, job fairs, hiring ads, etc. Just being a really great happy human in our business is a must.
