In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable. Must-have qualifications - High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience. - Instead of the above, one year of post-secondary education. Preferred skills - Proficiency using office equipment. - Proven organizational skills. - Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties. - Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment. - Customer service and follow-up skills. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Compensation - $36,000 - $42,300/year - Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
