Scrum Master

Description - External As a Scrum Master, you’ll act as a servant leader for a scrum team. In this role you will serve the team by identifying and removing impediments, facilitate Scrum / Lean events, and look for opportunities for improvement within the team. This is accomplished through cultivating a culture of trust and strong leadership, while acting as a change agent that increases the productivity of the team. This is a remote position. Must-have qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum 6 years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities. - In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 6 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities.
