Multimedia Learning and Development Specialist (Remote)

Job Description: We’re seeking an experienced Multimedia Learning and Development Specialist! This position will report directly to the Manager, Learning and Development. You will be part of the Training team which is responsible for educating, inspiring, and motivating employees so they have all the tools, knowledge, and confidence to provide world-class customer and merchant support. This position will work with a team of curriculum developers and communications specialists and support the development of engaging eLearning materials. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating innovative and effective learning solutions and feels comfortable working as part of a dynamic and fast-paced team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Create interactive multimedia element using a variety of tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications – Dreamweaver, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and communication specialists to support course design, documentation, outlines, and eLearning content
• Create and edit storyboards, scripts, multimedia, narration, graphics, games, animations, interactive simulations
• Partner with various stakeholders throughout the development and delivery process
• Share knowledge of multimedia best practices with team members to improve team understanding and provide guidance for industry standard eLearning techniques

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2 years’ relevant experience developing engaging, interactive eLearning products and materials
• Proven collaborative work style with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with internal co-workers
• Expert level experience using Articulate Storyline, Adobe creative suite, and other asset development tools
• Firm grasp and understanding of SCORM standards and application
• Strong proficiency developing in HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Strong visual design ability and photo-realistic composition, including a strong understanding of 2D and 3D design space and theory
• Understanding of gamification methodologies as applied to learning
• Expert knowledge in all facets of the ADDIE model and able to create engaging content from request through evaluation
• Results oriented, strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively review and provide an accurate, well-organized deliverable in a time-conscious fashion
• Superior verbal and written communications skills
• Must be able to manage projects from concept to completion
• Ability to organize and complete multiple high-priority projects on schedule under tight deadlines
• Occasional travel as needed to support business objectives
