About the JobPart-Time New Home Walkthrough Agent
This part-time position includes meeting new home buyers, creating punch lists, conducting homeowner orientation, walk-throughs and documenting any potential construction issues. This role requires travel in Atlanta, GA and the surrounding area. We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members to conduct all business in a professional manner. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers. Knowledge and experience in the Construction of New Homes is preferred and Real Estate experience is helpful. Our Model:

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level efficiency with iPad, Microsoft Office, PDF Expert & Adobe PDF required.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Strong residential construction walkthrough skills.
- Possess great interpersonal skills.
- A real estate background is very helpful.
- Valid driver’s license.
Work setting: Remote Compensation:
- $25 hourly pay
- $25 trip charge

Pay: $60,855.67 - $73,288.55 per year
