Job Posting for New Home Walkthrough Agent (PT) at ProHome LLC
This position with part-time hours includes meeting new home buyers, orienting them to their homes, and documenting any potential construction issues. This is an independent contractor position requiring travel around all of the Dallas Forth Worth & surrounding area as a whole. We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members. Exceptional Customer Service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers. Knowledge and experience in the Construction of New Homes is preferred and Real Estate experience is helpful.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level efficiency with iPad, Microsoft Office, PDF Expert & Adobe PDF required.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Strong residential construction walkthrough skills.
- A real estate background is very helpful.
Compensation: $500 - $2000/monthly.
