Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Content Strategy: Create a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and marketing campaigns.
Oversee Content Creation: Manage the production of original content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
Execute Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, LinkedIn Ads, and Google ads.
Analyze Campaign Performance: Use analytics tools to measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Generate Leads through Content: Create content strategies to attract a qualified audience and convert them into leads.
Team Management: Lead a team of content creators, designers, and external agencies.
Stay Updated on Market Trends: Keep abreast of the latest life sciences industry trends and customer challenges.
Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with sales, product, and services to generate new content ideas.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a Content Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
Proven track record in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google and LinkedIn Ad campaigns.
Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related industry is required.

Pay: $70,692.84 - $80,003.22 per year
