Job Title - Merchandising Agent

Location - Deerfield, IL 60015

Job Type - Fulltime

Candidate shall perform the tasks, functions and responsibilities below, in each case to the extent and in the manner directed by Client. Merchandising Planning:

• Promotions – Annual, Weekly and Monthly Promotions Planning (Extracting historical promotion data from internal systems and data sources and building annual planning workbooks), Other Promotions-Related Extractions (Extracting data from internal systems and data sources for use with work on category strategy & o support JBP agreements and tracking)

• Forecasting - Monthly MOP Forecast (Actualizing year-to-date performance, building forecast files for monthly review, and posting files for Merchandise Planner’s access), Other Forecasting (Weekly tracking and reporting of forecasted performance against actual performance)

• Seasonal Planning - In-Season Planning (Extracting data per Product and category performance data for in-season results on a weekly, monthly, and season-to-date basis), Post-Season Planning

• Budget (Fiscal Year Pre-Season) - Point of Purchase (POP) & Budget Building (Based on Products and category performance data from previous years and creating documents for use in budgeting and populating the budget recap template), Three-Year Plan (create three-year planning workbooks)

• Category Line Review - Review CLR Impact, New Product Vetting and Forecasting (Extracting data related to new Products from various systems specified by Client in order to vet and create forecasts regarding Products), Markdown Analysis for CLR, Performance Analysis (Extracting historical promotions and reporting data, Preparing S&OP materials, running analyses on S&OP to assess sales, profit and inventory levels).

• Reporting - Weekly/Monthly Business Reporting (Determining weekly and monthly data and KPIs to report and publishing Reports), Creating and/or enhancing new reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Deerfield, IL 60015: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
