Position: Business Service Rep

Fulltime Role
Duties:
The New Business Rep position is responsible for compiling and reviewing data to perform administrative duties associated with obtaining necessary requirements from Advisors for Annuity policies.
Responsibilities:
· Make outgoing calls to advisors in the field selling variable annuity products. Utilize resources and identify solutions on your own. The ability to handle inbound calls would be an expectation for a future date.
· Review policies, perform quality steps on annuity policies.
· Develop and foster proactive, positive relationships with Advisors to facilitate processing of their business, proactive problem avoidance and expedited problem resolution.
· Meet the department’s production standards for measuring quality and quantity of work processed.
· Establish and maintain excellent communication within the team, as well as other related business units, particularly internal and external customers.
· Build positive and proactive relationships with customers, focusing on improving customer experience.
· Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication within various levels of the organization.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Up to 1 year work experience in customer service.
· Basic PC knowledge
· Must be able to work well under pressure and show evidence of effective decision making and conflict resolution skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to learn and operate within multiple processing systems and platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Plano, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
