SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The data entry clerk is responsible for accurately processing and entering data from grant driven activities in a timely manner.
Core Function: Responsible for Data Entry
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Work with raw data: count and upload to spreadsheets
- Scan and upload forms and waivers to event folders in SharePoint
- Process survey data accurately
- Survey data will be entered within 2 business days of event
- Scan and upload surveys to event folder in Google drive
- Complete daily reports
- Mobile Hygiene Program: enter data into the program Excel spreadsheet by the end of the day
- Vision programs: enter data into the program Excel spreadsheet within 2 business days of the event
- Assist with third party documentation
- Upload attestations into the event folder
- Enter folder location into Excel spreadsheet
- Notify the Data Manager and/or Program Manager after you have entered and uploaded the data to SharePoint.
- Assist with grant sections related to evaluation, numbers, tracking participants, barriers, data storage and use.
Core Function: Assist data and program managers with data retrieval as requested.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Pull data as requested for grant reports or proposals
- Track participants as requested
- Inform manager of data storage problems

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Call participants as requested for follow up
- Track participants as required by grant
- Inform manager
Core Function: Complete Training as assigned
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Complete annual training as assigned: HIPAA, Workplace Violence, and Harassment, etc.
- Complete training as suggested: Customer Service, Crisis Intervention, Brief Motivational Interviewing, etc.
Core Function: Other duties as assigned
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Complete tasks assigned by executive director, director of operations, or program managers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum requirement of high school diploma or GED
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Computer skills necessary for data entry and reporting
- Ability to work in environments with diverse staff
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment at event sites and remotely
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Licensed to drive in the state of Hawai'i
- Clean driving history
- Minimum 18 years of age or older
- Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
BACKGROUND CHECKS:
The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check and/or fingerprinting.
DRUG TESTING:
The selected candidate will be required to pass a drug test.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.10 - $19.38 per hour
