Account Manager Job description
Job Summary
Project World Impact builds tools that help nonprofits raise money, get in front of a wider audience, and enhance their daily operations. We are looking for someone to help us connect with new nonprofit accounts and nurture the relationships with on-going nonprofits, in order to help them get the most out of their partnership with PWI.
Job Responsibilities and Priorities:
- Meet with nonprofits via zoom and phone on a daily basis to discuss opportunities to work with PWI
- Work with nonprofit accounts to get the most value out of their PWI partnership
- Sell nonprofits on upgrading to a paid subscription
- Help accounts stay on track with their fundraising and visibility goals
- Update Salesforce after engaging nonprofit accounts
- Become an expert with the PWI site and PWI products (products.projectworldimpact.com) in order to discuss benefits of each product
- Create walk-through videos for PWI Products via screen recording
- Update and add to PWI FAQ library
- Manage our customer service ticketing system (zendesk)
- Pitch nonprofits to upgrade their paid subscription and explain how they can benefit from our tools
- Coordinate bug fixes with our internal team
Requirements:
- Work in our St. Charles, IL office
- Extremely Hardworking

- Have the ability to interface with nonprofit accounts (via phone, email, zoom)
- Comfortable with inbound/outbound calls
- Comfortable with performing a sales role when required
- Comfortable with website and app technology
- Comfortable working with a CRM
- Enjoy working in a start-up environment
- Good email communication skills
