PROJECTXYZ, one of the nation's fastest growing companies in the Defense Industry, has a rare opportunity in the USASAC Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Global Train and Equip (GTE) Office.

Duties and Responsibilities (Essential):

· Perform research and analysis to track and accurately assess and report the execution status of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Line deliveries through the Defense Transportation System pipeline.

· Have knowledge of USG Transportation policies and regulations, Transportation Account Codes (TACs), Package Crating and Handling and others.

· ​Collect data from multiple sources, such as the FMS Case document, contacting other government sources and/or commercial contractors, government systems such as DSAMS, FMS Cases, SCIP Portal, CISIL, etc..

· Prepare accurate reports and briefings (Microsoft Word, EXCEL, Power Point, etc.) for presentations based on the end results of the data collected

· Must be attentive to detail

· Must have demonstrated analytical, program organization and research skill sets

· Must possess both strong oral and written communication skills

· Must possess the ability to develop, organize, update, and manage Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.

· Other actions as required

Qualifications:

· An Active US Government Security Clearance

· Related Bachelor's Degree

· Eight years of related increasingly complex and progressive experience.

· In lieu of a degree, 6 additional years of related experience is required.

· Prior experience with Army Logistic systems is highly desirable.

· Prior experience with FMS is desirable.

· Applicant must possess excellent oral and written skills.

Physical Factors

· Work environment is predominately office

· Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

· Must be able to operate a computer for extended periods of time

· Must be able to operate a phone both making and receiving calls and taking or conveying information

· Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

· Occasionally lifts/moves up to 25 pounds

· COVID-19 vaccination subject to exceptions as required by law.

Pay: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour

Education:

• Army Logistics systems: 3 years (Preferred)
• FMS: 3 years (Preferred)

• Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
