Position: Solder Machine Operator
Pay: $15-$16/hr
Shift: 4 10's Day Shift
Job Description:
- Machine Operation: Operate soldering machines to perform soldering and joining of electronic components and assemblies.
- Component Preparation: Prepare electronic components and parts for soldering, including cleaning and positioning them correctly.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect soldered components for defects, such as incomplete solder joints or solder bridges, and perform necessary rework as needed.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot soldering machine issues and minor malfunctions, making adjustments or reporting major problems to supervisors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth production processes and quality standards.
