Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Apply creativity and design to promote and market the company using email marketing and social media. Relative autonomy with design work. New design ideas welcomed & encouraged.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the marketing promotions schedule (Trello & Constant Contact)
- Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Use templates to push promotions based on marketing calendar
- Create new promotional templates or designs based on evolving needs
- Work with executive team on overall marketing goals
- Coordinate with sales team on marketing targets
- Coordinate with production team on published reports
- Coordinate with client services when needed
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- High school education or GED
- 1 year marketing, promotional, or creative design experience
- Ability to work with multiple departments
- Flexibility to adapt to last minute company needs
- Creative design mindset & out of the box thinking
- Good writing skills
- Ability to use email marketing software like Constant Contact or MailChimp (Preferred)
- Ability to use Canva (Preferred)
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other Adobe products (Preferred)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical terminology is a big plus
