Promanco, a Real Estate Management, Development and Construction company based in Marietta Ohio is seeking Electricians to join the team! The Electrician installs and repairs electrical and electronic equipment and systems following all regulatory requirements. 

Electricians are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial properties. They commonly work with a wide range of equipment, including circuit breakers, switches, outlets, light fixtures, heating and cooling systems, etc. Electricians may also be called upon to install more complex electrical systems, such as security systems or fire alarms. In these cases, they will likely work closely with other contractors who specialize in these areas.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following but not limited to: 

• Installing and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in homes, including switches, outlets, and light fixtures
• Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing electrical wiring, lighting, and other components of the electrical system in homes or commercial buildings
• Inspecting electrical systems to ensure they are safe and meet electrical codes and regulations
• Operating an electrician’s hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers
• Installing electrical systems in new construction projects
• Working with contractors to plan electrical layouts for new construction projects
• Installing low-voltage systems such as security and fire alarms, intercom systems, and surveillance cameras
• Installing electrical wiring and equipment in homes or businesses such as air conditioners, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and electrical outlets
• Installing home automation systems, such as those that control lighting, climate control, security systems, and entertainment systems

 Qualifications and/or Experience 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• At least four years of experience in electrical maintenance, repair and construction areas or completion of an approved apprenticeship program or approved technical school. 
• Knowledge of electrical maintenance/repair, layout of all project renovations and repairs as needed throughout the facilities. 
• Ability to follow instructions and specifications in the operation, repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems and equipment. 
• Prepare and maintain records and reports as required. 
• Good communication skills, both oral and written 
• Willing to be trained in any of the categories of electrical systems in which he/she may have need of instruction. 
• Knowledge of schematic, diagram and blueprint reading 
• Knowledge of the use of hand and power tools and test equipment 
• Ability to accept change and constructive criticism
• Valid Driver's License
