JobDescription :

Were in search of a highly skilledPerformance Marketing Specialist with expertise across multiplechannels particularly Google Ads Facebook Ads GetApp Capterra andSourceForge.

The ideal candidate will be an absolute badass atdriving results across these platforms with a particular emphasison GoogleAds.

Responsibilities :

Developand execute multichannel performance marketing strategies toincrease brand awareness and drive customer acquisition forcampgrounds and RVparks.

Manage endtoendcampaigns across Google Ads Facebook Ads GetApp Capterra andSourceForge including campaign setup ad creation audience targetingbidding strategies and ongoingoptimization.

Conductcomprehensive analysis of campaign performance data across allchannels to identify trends insights and areas forimprovement.

Collaborateclosely with the marketing team to align multichannel campaignswith broader marketing objectives andstrategies.

Stay informedabout industry trends new features and best practices across alladvertising platforms with a particular focus on GoogleAds.

Proactively explore andtest new advertising channels and tactics to expand our digitaladvertising reach andeffectiveness.

Requirements :

Bachelorsdegree in marketing advertising or a relatedfield.

Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in performance marketing with a strong emphasis onGoogle Ads and demonstrated expertise across Facebook Ads GetAppCapterra andSourceForge.

Proficiency inGoogle Ads including campaign setup keyword research ad copywritingbid management and performancetracking.

Experience withFacebook Ads Manager as well as familiarity with other advertisingplatforms such as GetApp Capterra andSourceForge.

Stronganalytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drivedecisionmaking and campaignoptimization.

Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability to workeffectively within a crossfunctional teamenvironment.

Detailorientedwith strong organizational and project managementskills.
