In addition to Google technology, Promevo's SaaS Platform (gPanel) provides our clients with a centralized user management interface providing administrators with visibility and control over all of their users' data and settings with its robust suite of security features. We walk beside our clients to help them achieve their digital transformation and infrastructure goals by also providing Professional Services such as migrations, custom app development, fast track deployments, and white glove services.

This is an exciting time to be part of Promevo as we are growing rapidly. If you are an organized and collaborative digital and Hubspot specific marketing expert, you may be the person we need to join our team as our Digital Marketing Manager.

This individual will play a critical role as part of Promevo’s Marketing team by focusing on driving lead development initiatives and mapping the customer journey. In this role you will be part of a team that elevates our presence in the digital space and effectively manages external agencies as a resource to achieve this. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Client Success, and IT to ensure programs are constructed and executed to drive impact against Promevo’s strategic objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Key player in driving new qualified leads and nurturing current customer base to increase share of wallet
  • Owner of website experience (including e-commerce site) and HubSpot customer relationship management (CRM) sales & marketing tool
  • Responsible for developing and leading the digital customer journey - from initial website visit, to lead capture, to nurturing, then to reporting results (KPIs / dashboards)
  • Accountable to partner with agency to continually improve website, including on-going SEO optimization, with goal of qualified lead conversion and improved revenue coming through digital properties
  • Develop digital content including using Google to re-purpose their content, as well as building new content, and ensures this content reflects the brand positioning
  • Build and maintain email marketing program for all key target segments and trigger events along the customer journey
  • Partner internally with Client Success & Sales organization to support their needs as it comes to website, CRM, and outbound scheduling
  • Develop and manage digital lead sharing process with Google partners
  • Attend education and business conferences throughout the year to be a Google product expert
  • Champion data accuracy in our CRM, online shops, and internal systems using HubSpot, ZoomInfo and other tools
  • Additional lead generation related tasks as assigned



Skills and Qualifications
  • BS/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
  • 5 years experience in Digital Marketing with some of that experience in B2B, technology or SaaS industry preferred
  • Extensive experience using Hubspot required, to include mapping customer journeys and tracking lead development success within the CRM
  • Experience with digital and Hubspot KPIs with track record of lead development success
  • Hands on experience working alongside agencies to manage website development and optimization (SEO, forms, etc)
  • Organized and able to use project management methods
  • Adept with agency management
  • Possess the ability to work independently on projects
  • Agile and comfortable with change and a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented, collaborative work style

Salary : $79,700 - $101,000
