Position Overview:
As a Management Trainee at our firm, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, managing new customer accounts, setting up installation appointments, and generating new sales. Our primary objective is to curate service packages based on customer needs, all while continuously innovating the customer experience to drive sales. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and Management Trainees ensure that customers have a positive experience by maintaining professionalism and actively listening to their concerns.
As a Management Trainee You Will:
- Meet with consumers directly, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and scheduling service installation appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer information, and sales using our designated CRM software.
- Prepare and deliver accurate price quotes based on the customer needs, negotiating terms and closing deals
- Handle sensitive customer information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with product information, pricing, and any additional details needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the appointment-setting process.
Qualities We Seek in a Management Trainee:
- High school diploma or equivalent is ideal
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing, sales, or customer service role.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and/or inputting confidential customer information (ideal but not required).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Eager to build relationships with customers and ability to maintain professionalism
- Motivated, resilient, and results-driven
