PromptCare is looking for a Confirmation Support team member to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. This is a full-time position, Hybrid schedule, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm.
The confirmation department performs the auditing function on the orders created by the Customer Service Representatives. It is the Confirming Supports’ responsibility to assure that all the orders are confirmed “cleanly” into the software system, so that all claims will then generate a bill and can be submitted for payment in a timely fashion. The CS will also be responsible for confirming all non-billable supply orders and confirming equipment exchanges in our software system.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- One to two years of experience with Brightree & Medforce preferred
- Medical terminology, procedure code, and diagnosis code knowledge preferred
- Must have solid working knowledge of general office procedures and good PC skills
Job Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Working out of multiple websites to process the non-billable sales orders
- Record and document all errors noted, as well as communicating with the multiple branches to fix any issues
- Completing equipment exchanges in a timely matter, communicating with the multiple branches to correct any issues
- Advise Confirmation Supervisor of any errors in a timely fashion
- Keep all patient, employee, and financial information confidential, in accordance with company procedure and HIPAA regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Supervisor
